Basic information and operational information of smart devices and energy storage systems: When you use smart devices connected to our products or services, we may collect basic information about the smart devices, such as device name, device ID, online status, firmware version, upgrade information, as well as the operational status and fault information of the energy storage system, inverter, photovoltaics, load, etc. Depending on the smart devices you choose to connect with our products or services, we may collect information reported by your smart devices.

Interaction record information: This type of information will be directly submitted to us when you use our website, products, or services, and interact with us. For example, information requests you provide to us, including the query information you enter or the questions or information you provide for customer support.

Log information: When you use YaJun's products and services, YaJun automatically collects and stores necessary log information, such as the time of each service access, visited page paths, client IP address, event information (e.g., errors, crashes, restarts, upgrades), etc.

3.1.3 Purposes for Which the Aforementioned Personal Data May Be Used:

(a) When you use the registration function, you will need to enter a mobile number, email address, username, and password to create an account.

(b) When you use the forget password function, you will need to provide the mobile number or email address you registered with to verify your identity.

(c) When providing energy data and profit data functions, our service will collect the operational status of your energy storage system, historical electricity usage information, historical power generation information, and other basic information to provide you with intelligent control strategies and improve the overall profit of the equipment; you may also choose to disable real-time data reporting through the "Account Security > Disable Data Reporting" feature, but subsequent energy optimization recommendations and after-sales online diagnostic services will not be available.

(d) When providing system security analysis and early warning processing functions, our service will collect the operational status of your energy storage system (such as inverter input/output power, current, temperature, etc.), fault information, subsystem-level data (such as electronic tags of devices, device status, etc.), cluster-level data (such as cluster current, cluster voltage, highest and lowest cell temperatures, etc.), module-level data (such as module voltage, module current, etc.), cell-level data (such as cell voltage, cell current, etc.), and basic information about the battery modules (such as battery type, rated capacity, cell manufacturer, etc.) to identify potential safety issues of the equipment. Information on identified safety issues will be transmitted to your device to trigger its own safety protection mechanisms.

(e) When using the device installation function or online support function, you may need to enter photos of the device. You can decide whether to enter photos, which are used to help assess the safety of the device. The photos you enter should not contain personal information or infringe on others' legal rights.

(f) When you log in, the RaJa E-Home APP will record your UUID, account login logs, and operation logs through our service, with the UUID used to maintain persistent user login. The logs include the username and the IP address from which access was initiated, for auditing and troubleshooting purposes.

Our service may also collect and use non-identifiable data. Non-identifiable data refers to data that cannot be used to identify individuals. For example, our service may collect aggregated statistical data, such as website traffic. The purpose of collecting this data is to understand how users use our website, products, and services. This enables us to improve our services and better meet customer needs. Our service may decide to collect, use, process, transfer, or disclose non-identifiable data for other purposes at its discretion. Our service will endeavor to isolate your personal data from non-identifiable data and use these two types of data separately. If personal data is mixed with non-identifiable data, it will still be treated as personal data.

When using the "Personal Information" feature, you can choose to enable this permission to upload user avatars. If you do not need such services, you can disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Location Permission: When you use the "Device Installation," "Device Management," and "Disaster Monitoring" features, you can choose to enable this permission. The system automatically matches geographic information based on your region to facilitate quick setup. If you do not need such services, you can disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Notification Permission: When you use features related to "Push Notifications," you can choose to enable this permission so that we can obtain device identifiers for sending messages. If you do not need such services, you can disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Storage Permission: When you use the "Share" feature, you can choose to enable this permission to write or read files such as shared images. If you do not need such services, you can disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Nearby Device Permission/Bluetooth Permission: When you use the "Bluetooth" connection feature, you can choose to enable this permission to log in to devices via Bluetooth. If you do not need such services, you can disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Local Network Device Permission: When you use the WLAN connection feature, you can choose to enable this permission to log in to devices via WLAN. If you do not need such services, you can disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

If you wish to deactivate your account, on the RaJa E-Home APP, you can go to “Account Security” > “Deactivate Account”, agree to the user account deactivation terms, and, after identity verification, you can deactivate your account on the App. Account deactivation is an irreversible operation, please proceed with caution.

 

3.6. How Your Personal Data Is Protected and Retained

our personal data will be stored on servers located in Europe (Germany). For the personal data you submit, this service will immediately delete user personal data upon receipt of the account deactivation request.

This service takes the security of personal data seriously. It adopts appropriate physical, administrative, and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss.
